Yeah omnivores are just a “if you don’t wanna be a specialists”.

But speaking of which cat^2 does one gain food in ratio to size or how did meat go.

Mutation Uno: a lot of blood vessels run through the hump to cool down in the increased surface area, that or a flap develops beneath the head that can be extended out to increase surface area with a lot of blood vessels running through it with it often folded in less hotter environments.

Mutation dos: thicker cyptoplasm or more water between the fat cells in the hump.

Do I not have speed 3 already due to +4 movement? Or is speed a separate stat from movement? Because I should be in the river biome already if it is former.

You can see that next to the movement stat there are special-type speeds, like mud-walking speed or water speed. That’s what’s probably required for surviving the rivers.

the wax layer was to hold in water better when on land, so shouldn’t it be drought resistance, not swimming?
M1: small external gills, with a kidney like structure to pull electrolytes out of the blood before it goes through them, and put them in the blood that comes out(for better water intake) to get back to proper hydration faster when entering water(covered by wax when out of water)
