The creatures where designed to mutate quickly, within a reasonable timeframe compared to the rest of the terraforming process.
I wonder if humans have ways of slowing down this pace further on into the process…

i think you may have forgotten to include the population stuff for my species?
M1: pointy front teeth for grabbing and ripping meat
M2: ditch sexual differentiation(to make all of them able to produce and fertilize eggs, since animals only inherit endosymbionts from their mothers)
M1: The two heads develop necks/longer necks which increases their range
M2: Better heart
I’ve added your population now now. It is currently 6.
The percentage thing has a broken size multiplier and there’s no key for jungle
I’ve fixed those two as well now.
Btw, will the “Steel wall” just be a biome impossible to adapt to, effectively acting as a barrier?
I can’t tell you yet, You’ll find out round 6
I can guess new walls will drop that round…
Mutation Uno: hollow / pneumatic bones
Mutation dos: unidirectional lung and airsac system. (so the neck doesn’t clog up with dead air.)
The “completion” is looming ever closer…
Making sure they don’t choke trying to breathe, last part would be really the airsac system being not only in the throat which to be fair is like the entire neck length. And hollow skeleton is rather obvious shedding weight lol
Though there’s one downside rn to this creature. Unlike real sauropods which grew rapidly I don’t think our little fellas grow fast so these guys probably take a while to reach full skeletal maturity even after reaching adulthood
Oh and cat^2 can one have it so the plains are where young exist but after a certain age they move to the forest (ik it wouldn’t have any affect on the population just asking if that’s possible.)
That’s fine, I’ll add it.
Also, I’m surprised there’s still no predators. I’d of thought there’d be more.
Well it seems one is making the transition/become a omnivore so I guess one is becoming it
And we all know who’s going the omnivore route…
I have an idea, but I will have to implement it after this incoming round due to plans and that.
Cat^2, in what program do you make the patch map in?
M1: Adds the Ruminant Chamber to the left of the the main stomach for fermentation and better digestion of plant matter.
M2: Neck elongates to Long Neck 1 for better reach of plant matter.
