An atmosphere wouldn’t even stick to it’s surface…

It depends on how long you want the colony to last. I feel like, planets would only be terraformed if terraforming it is easy (it isn’t already habitable) and it wouldn’t take so long that it contradicts the longer term goal of mining that planet. Investing to a short term plan can make long term plans harder.

If you can breathe in a planet, the astronout gear would cost less. That’s the only reason why you would want to add an atmosphere.

And it also comes with many more drawbacks…

You mean like when/after killing piglins?

Talk of planet generation reminded me of this video.

I adore all of Sebastian Lague’s videos, his coding adventures series is really interesting.

It certainly makes the planet generation effort seem very doable.

Wow, a 20 years old kids movie still being relevant in today’s world. You can’t see that kind of reality in new kids’ show nowadays.

imo incredibles is at it’s worst as a kids movie. The series has always been interesting as an examination of the very adult parts of the superhero genre. A̶n̶d̶ ̶n̶o̶,̶ ̶I̶’̶m̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶j̶u̶s̶t̶ ̶r̶e̶f̶e̶r̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶w̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶i̶n̶t̶e̶r̶n̶e̶t̶ ̶d̶i̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶M̶s̶.̶ ̶I̶n̶c̶r̶e̶d̶i̶b̶l̶e̶.

Wasn’t the “series” ruined by the 2nd movie? I’ve heard that’s what many people say.

Yeah, I saw bits of the second movie and it felt contrived.

You don’t know the wonders of family movies from the 2000s, which could be enjoyed both by kids and adults as the perception of the movie changes with age/maturity.
