At the moment I am considering using google sheets for our map. The only thing I am concerned about is the privacy of us all. We must be 100% sure that nobody’s email is visible.

I haven’t read much of this game, but I think its primary issue is the amount of effort you are putting into your rounds (if what I have seen are indeed your rounds).
You write just a few words as if that is anywhere near satisfactory, but that is absolutely no ‘gameplay’.
