Black car: I’m going to advertise the unnamed animal, who now has a name, the Pleep, as much as possible. Everyone who goes to the festival will get one for free, and you need one! Parents, children, couples, single people looking for company. Better than people!
Red car: If anyone has any concerns about the ethics or well-being of the Pleep, don’t worry! MystiCO, once again very generously, has designed for us the MystiCHIP, a microchip that, without any pain or discomfort, will be put in every Pleep, free of charge! The chip will tell you the health status of your pet, how he feels, and how much he loves you!! And if you ever leave the door open, don’t worry! Just call one of our operators, they will use auditory and infrared clues given by the chip to tell you exactly where the little rascal went, so that you can keep spoiling it! (My action is basically to design the chip and put it in every single Pleep)

Pink card: Collaborate with the minister of health on the production of pharmaceuticals
Red card: Start some research on engineering some new fruit crops that are cheap to produce, taste good, are healthy, aesthetically pleasing and have an enrichment factor to them; being almost like edible puzzles.

I feel like this would be a better description if you had to eat multiple types of the fruits to supplement your diet, and it seems like a singular fruit is supposed to account for everything in this regard

Black: collaborate with psyonics ministry and use the opportunity to make new rituals to try and replicate the psyonic influence of the interdimensional beings on people, this will definitely help with “spiritual security”
Mantra: perhaps in collaboration with the ministry of cuteness, help out with preparing for this upcoming festival, incorporating “the sign” into various decorations for the event, in an effort to further establish it as the city’s of symbol of unity, and maybe even new hope

Not sure if we’d want a cutesy thing to become the symbol of a city up against all sorts of fictional horrors. Thought something with the meaning of perserverance would fit better

The sign is a separate symbol, we’re putting it everywhere in the festival so that it becomes more recognized as a symbol for the whole city
(And so that everyone indirectly starts worshipping the Great One when thinking of the city)
