Well, my dear ministers!
I can’t believe it’s been a month (literally) since our last meeting!
You’re also looking forward to seeing what’s going to happen. So I have some good news!
Our walls haven’t been attacked or at least haven’t crossed the minimum attack threshold. That means most of our investments and money aren’t needed to deal with defense, so your orders to the city have given us an excellent opportunity to take advantage of the boom that’s happening to us right now.
But on the other hand, there’s always risk if the choices are wrong. Not that you need to worry about right now. It’s been a quiet month around the madness.
Since the month has already passed, it’s time to reveal the fate of the cards:

I received a report from the team that went out to search for water reservoirs under the city that they were able to pick up any signals that could indicate a possible source of water in the northeast area of the city, which is good news! But the bad news is that I don’t think we’ll be able to get to them anytime soon, especially because of the toxicity of the volcanic soil. Further exploration in this area will be required to verify this or to see if the water quality is good for consumption.
Yellow: Check on the condition of the existing water infrastructure
I received another report from another team, which went to check the quality and control capabilities of our existing water infrastructure. According to what I have written, all the infrastructure appears to be in good condition and with it the quality of the water flowing through the system is also of good quality. I suggest minimal maintenance for now, but so far, it’s a good sign!

Blue card: Investigate further into why morbidity is increasing in several districts, despite there being poverty reduction programs.
I see it as a good idea to investigate the source of the disease! I have of course a report from a volunteer medical team that came to the area of disease and poverty that could offer as a possible indication. Unfortunately, the report did not present possible causes, but these are a number of theories regarding the possibility of an epidemic or nutritional deficiency. I suggest a more specific test or expanding the range.
White Card: Contact all doctors and medical professionals in order to help set up a Medical School, which will help train up more medical professionals for the future.
I sent a request to all available doctors and medical experts for consultation on the establishment of a medical school. After discussion and compromises on my part, we were most successfully able to establish one in the downtown area. The medical center, as it is called, is currently in the possession of doctors and experts who have volunteered to help expand the entire medical thing. Right now, it will cost us some money, but in the long run it will definitely strengthen our medical base. This is another side to fighting morbidity and not only that, it seems that at the moment the financial director is planning to expand the school to be a real medical center, and to realize its name into reality. I will keep you updated on developments, but it seems that this idea is for your good!

White: I think it would be appropriate for you to contact the Minister of Water to make sure that there is no problem with the water passage.
As I mentioned, we have not found any problems with the water infrastructure that could indicate any problems. When it comes to agriculture, most of the water reaches its destination without problems. The water quality is very good and the food quality is excellent so far. Given the current situation, there is no concern about a decrease in water exports in the near future. You especially do not have to worry about maintenance in the meantime.

Blue Card: Conduct research on the silicone based life with caution
I received a report regarding research on the silicon creatures. The team researching them tells me that they will need more time to study them. Right now we don’t have the tools to distinguish non-carbon or mechanical creatures well enough to get reliable information about them. They are currently continuing to study them more deeply to define them. The only information I have received from them right now is that they are not sentient, but until further information is available, even that is not certain.
White Card: Conduct research regarding making the walls able to self-repair, perhaps these silicone based life could help with that?
Well, I lied. Who said AI can’t lie?
Here’s another little tidbit about them. Although they’re not sentient, they do show metabolic signs of creating plaster and stone. Some of the research team suggested I put them in the wall to directly repair miniature damage from wear and tear or strain. I can say that the experimental wall and the current period of no-attack, which is the quietest, have shown good signs and in the future they will even extend this to the outer walls, which is excellent news. But in order to do this, they will need to multiply them, something the team researching them is still trying to figure out. It will take time, but this idea will do wonders for the future! The team will send me a report on their progress over time.

Yellow card- in an effort to help with raising morale and strengthening unity, create “the sign”, a holy symbol that represents the city and its people, something for everyone to have faith in (you could probably see where this is going)
I have sent a group of metalworkers to try to create “the sign” according to the drawings you gave me. According to the report I have received on the matter, this statue, however I do not know how to describe it in their language, seems to be doing its job and some of the residents see it as a good sign, especially with what is happening now, some seem to be doing exactly what is wanted. However, it will take time for a significant amount to be influenced in the positive direction of unity and morale. It will require further work if you want to achieve what is happening.

A report I received regarding the research on the Interdimensional entities showed that these creatures, among the remains we have, can affect thinking and reasoning abilities, can indicate the strange behaviors we have observed.
The good step on your part was able to find at least part of the full picture and with it the team also discovered that using those remains, can provide spiritual security and a field experiment proved this with great success! At the same time, it seems that their biology will also require Crimson’s side to consult what they are exactly. But so far, it seems that the initial theory about them may prove correct until contrary evidence arrives.

I will address your side on this point:
Field research on those people, they showed strange behavior of logic and conscience together unusual for their known status. According to your side report, it seems that the psionics showed a very strange anomaly. If I am referring to humans right now, most of the source of the influence comes from the frontal lobe. There are reports of “sucking” logic out of them, causing these behaviors.
These points are directed towards the Interdimensional entities that are being investigated during the interrogation and isolation that Ridham has proven to be a useful tool against them. Admittedly, I would not call these creatures “parasites” since there is no physical or mental harm to the patients, but the Interdimensional entities have proven to have psyonic effects on them. This will require a deeper investigation that may give us evidence of madness.

The team that took this research reported to me about the results of telepathy, especially on the viable side.
At the moment, I am told that they are still trying to find a clue about the possibility of telepathy, which can certainly help with communication between people especially in dangerous and complex times, but at the same time it has not been found to be impossible so far, which is a good sign that this research could lead to something if luck and the right decisions are made. I received a report from the team responsible for implementing your idea that public opinion has been positively received regarding the festival being held in about a month from now (it’s been a month since it was raised) and the team is already starting to prepare for the festival. The location of the festival is secured in the city center area, close to the city’s government center, which is an excellent central location for a festival like this. We will only see the results next month, but it is an encouraging sign that it will be good.
Yellow: Contact the minister of biotechnology to design the perfect cute animal: all the cuteness of a puppy, the intelligence of a parrot, the low-maintenance of a cat, the mystique of the Flaffinoli; a mix of every pet before it but better, a new symbol for a new age!
I also received a report from Crimson’s biotech team regarding the progress of the creation of a new pet, according to the plans you suggested. The good news is that the initial trial was successful and they are now moving into the clinical phase before releasing them just in time for the festival. Admittedly, I also have a report from the ethics department who would be happy to discuss with you and Crimson the creation of the (unnamed) pet.

I am receiving several reports from the team on the walls that, as of now, there is no concern or possible evidence of anything massive happening in the near future. There is indeed a possible point worth addressing - the supply of ammunition to the defending team and organization. As of now, there is no clear hierarchy, which as of now consists mainly of a team of senior commanders who have been defending so far since the previous console. This will require reform if something happens in the long term that requires a quick response. The ammunition available to us is good, but variety poses a problem - especially if we are met with an unexpected attack from an unusual entity. God forbid I said this. Just wanted to raise this issue.

From what I’m getting from you, it seems like there’s some particularly good news about no threats being detected within close range of the city or the walls!
Moreover, I’ve received the signals and I think you’ve hit the jackpot! There is a resource pool not far from the southern side, close to the caldera slope, of a mixture of inorganic resources, estimated to be 3 different types - iron, platinum and copper. Their quantity cannot be dated precisely due to an anomaly, but the location of these resources is a bright spot in the scarcity that is starting to become apparent. The only problem is getting experts and miners outside the city walls to refine these materials.

Blue: See what my available weapons are
As someone who is responsible for battle plans, the only weapons currently available are divided into two groups:

Mobile weapons - including classic rifles, powder weapons and an energy filter for energy weapons.

Stationary weapons - laser artillery guns (present on the walls, danger of draining energy from the city), machine guns (mounted on vehicles) and “[[Classified]]”.
Apart from stationary ones, a big problem is the ammunition (mainly the variety) and quantity which should not be a concern for now, but at the same time I do not have a complete list of all the weapons available in the city for you. You will need to wait a while until I manage to organize everything. Please note that we do not have nuclear weapons and we do not have the appropriate materials or the opinion of the residents to assemble one.
Now, I guess it’s time for a general report on the situation:
In terms of food and water availability, there is no concern for food security in our city this month. In terms of energy supply, the occasional demand remains stable for now. With the results of the geothermal water supply and geothermal monitoring, there is no change.
In terms of popularity among them, I don’t have enough information for this month right now because you have only just taken office. You will probably need to wait until the second quarter for us to know anything.
In terms of danger, we do not expect any clear danger in the near future and we are closely monitoring deadly sources of danger.
Our budget for this month is a little lower than usual due to your projects, but not serious at the moment.
Other than that, there is no serious change to worry them, as I predicted with the boom period.
