We will be meeting soon (for real this time) at our monthly congress.
There are a few things I must update you on first, so get ready for that.
Since we are at the end of a season, it means that in this congress I am supposed to predict what the next season has in store for us. This means that the season of prosperity is about to end and a terrible season will probably be on the horizon. By then you have not practiced wave-attack - so I think it was right to update you.
It could happen at any moment, but so far - it is lucky that we have not found an indication of one of these, but then again - anything can happen that even I am unable to predict, because of the ‘Madness’ phenomenon. I just hope that it is not from the ‘deadly’ category that will reach us.

Sorry the congress is running later than usual, something came up that I had to postpone, so sorry for the inconvenience. When there’s something city-related, I’m pretty much the first one up these days before the others know about it, so I guess you should know.
So far this has probably been the quietest month so far regarding the wall attacks. Which is a good thing for the sanity of the residents and for preparing for the worst, but I suspect it’s going to end very soon. I’ll see in my prediction at the end of the congress to confirm my suspicions.
Other than that, I think it’s time to reveal the cards you’ve chosen and the opening of the congress, don’t you think?

There is nothing new regarding the supply of water and food and to be honest, the situation seems to be stable for the time being.
The supply of electricity, on the other hand, due to the rise of new technologies and demands, is starting to take a hit. For now it is not significant but if the demand increases too quickly, I am afraid that we will need to introduce deliberate power outages if we want to avoid collapsing the power grid. I am dealing with it at the moment, but the amount of essential resources is starting to get closer to a critical point. The attempt to lead the newly discovered resources deep into the city has unfortunately proven to be a failure. I am trying to come up with an alternative solution.
I guess I have to report on the Cuteness Festival!
After preparation, a whole team of entertainment in the city center began to represent everything cute they could find, especially with the performances of ‘Pleep’, leading in a good storm all those interested, raising the morale of the residents.
The morale of the residents has reached its highest level in years! This is definitely good news.
Apart from that, with the appearance of food stalls, shows and a large parade that had been in preparation for a month, it has proven to be very good. Although some of the decorations could have been better. I can declare this festival an impressive success!

That’s not exactly how it works. The cards you have are used to bargain for anything you want outside of your votes - even private things. If you can convince me with the cards you have. I want my colored cards back right now.
