Howdy folks! Not sure how active I’ll be for other things, but heard about this on the discord and decided to hop on by and join.

Race: Sapient AI
History: An entity of unknown origin, he has been curled around the inner district since the city’s founding, acting as a wall around the core of the city. His metal body has resisted all attempts to pry at it, but now that his central consciousness has been awakened by D.O.O.M., he has begun to move, revealing himself to be a Sapient AI with a massive robotic form.
Appearance: While prone to shifting, he currently appears as something similar to a an Eastern Dragon, forged from silvery and black metal with green, glowing lines across his frame. He also controls nanotechnology to an extent, and is capable of making metallic soldiers that he uses to interact with other ministers and the main populous
Note: If it’s easier/more balanced, I don’t mind his main body being locked for now/not have enough power, and he is only capable of using nanotech bodies

Position: Minister of [BATTLE SYSTEM]
Additional details: It is I, Abi. Abi was created many years ago as a hyper-intelligent war system that could be used disposably to fight (DATA MISSING). However during the chaos many chunks of data within Abi went missing, so I apologize if my details are Insufficient. Abi was created by uploading the brain of scientist ‘Dr. Moli (DATA MISSING’, he exhibits strange personality quirks such as talking in third person and erratic speech patterns.
Abi doesn’t really look like anything due to his digital nature, although he will upload himself into various machinery. Abi’s main form is a 7 foot tall humanoid machine that has 6 tentacle -like flexible arms coming out of his shoulders. Abi can connect to large weaponry and fire with extreme accuracy, one pitfall of his design is due to him being an uploaded human and NOT a true artificial intelligence meaning he must take psychological breaks and must be stimulated.
