This sounds fun! It’s my first time playing one of these so if I make any mistakes please tell me, but here we go:

Name: Buddy
Position: Minister of cuteness (I guess)
Addition Details:
Race: “Talking” Dog, specifically a labrador.
History: The Event brought along with it many tragedies, and among them one of the saddest may have been the almost total annihilation of dogs; the very few that remained became a commodity that only the very richest in the city could afford. So when the son of an infamous buisnessman registered his dog, Buddy, for a ministerial election he quickly gained everyone favour, a beacon of hope in the post-apocaliptic Sublimpolis, he shattered every record becoming the most voted figure ever; now no one actually wanted to put a dog in charge of something important, but to not upset the population they just invented a new position for the dog, the minister of cuteness thinking no harm would came of it. One day, however, the dog suddenly gained the ability to talk! To most this was explained as a miracle caused by the power of love, but the actual truth, known to very few, is much more simple: the buisnessman, seeing an oppurtunity to expand his power on the city, installed a small loudspeaker in the dogs collar, to make him say whatever he wants.

Yes! He makes the dog say whatever he wants, so he’s the one actually in power! And he may be only the minister of cuteness now, but the buisnessman is very power hungry and is planning to use the dog as a cover to one day rule the city and make even more money

I received a lot of Ministers’ registrations, so thank you very much to everyone who took the opportunity not to disappoint me by registering yourselves instead of running away from the hard work I imposed on you.
I am currently organizing the processed information I received from you. So, in the meantime, if you were not afraid and still have not registered the information, you are welcome to take advantage of the opportunity as long as I am organizing and sorting all the information that exists.
Just knowing that it has not crossed my mind -
Every month [in the game] there will be a meeting of the console where you will decide what to do in your field, those with yes and us the situation is emergency. I register everything.
Every season [three months {in the game}], I make a prediction of what is to await us in the upcoming season.
The prediction for our first season is:
Prosperity
A good start for a new console.
I hope it stays that way and we are not attacked by a swarm of intergalactic demonic mechanoid mutants.

When I finish organizing things, this will be the first thing. As my responsibility as a manager, I am obligated to present you with all the information necessary for you to function properly. Not to hide information from you. This does not mean that I will pry into your personal details or your daily life (you are welcome to talk to me in PM if you have something you do not want to share or a scandal you are planning). But right now I am still waiting to see if they want to reveal the other ministers before I open the console to the city.
I guess a week at most [on the side also organizing Remmortal in the meantime. I am on semi-vacation, so things feel calmer right now]

It’s apparently 300 km2, which is approximately half the size of Seoul.

Even with that size, we have around approx 4.3 million human and 700k minorities.
Most of the land use for infrastructures and agriculture

There alot of tensions bettwen the most of the groups becuse the “Madness”.
Even with my ability to find some solutions, by its nature, there alot of probless and clodding bettwen the humans and the minorities. No to difference from the world before.
That why I seek the console to be as diverse as possible.
