The cards you take at the end of each session are taken from you like a kind of currency. I, as someone who uses these cards, want to take them back (for recycling), but I donβt exactly ask you to give them back to me without bargaining.
Bargaining can work with, for example: want to know what the future holds for one of the cards in exchange for the cards you have in your possession, or if you want to disrupt someoneβs vote or performance, obtain more actions, information that I can access or influence the desired population (something similar to an election campaign). The more diverse cards you have, the greater your bargaining power with me and so are your abilities to influence and do.
You can do it here or in private, but the list of cards in your possession will always be exposed to the other players.
Will we always get 3 cards every round?
No, just the cards you chose to vote on.
Remember that you can use the same card for your different votes, so in the end you will get the same card to hold. If you chose a white card for both votes, you will get 2 white cards, etc.

They are affected by each other - I mentioned that things in the season will affect the month. But they still work in two separate systems. They have two separate pools that are not directly dependent. So I would say 35-50% impact.
