@Bontopia13 I need your votes.

M1: much better blood vessels to bring oxygen to all the other organs.

M2: wings to be able to fly and catch prey much easier.

You can submit 2 mutations, like willow.

Round 33 - Year 2, Month 9

The forum is still adapting to the rapid and rabid changes from last month, with increasingly more users joining MwTC. Some have even proposed to merge FPG and CPO into it, but whatever comes out of this proposal hasn’t been agreed on yet
Besides that, research on the Balancer Entity, as the users refer to what they are not aware is called Deus, continues

MISTWORM STATUS:

  • 39/40 HP
  • LEVEL 3 - can take away 1 Mutation and 3 Conservation Points from up to 2 species EACH ROUND (basing on Mistworm Action)
  • Regenerates 4 HP / Round after it gets damaged
  • Has 2 Fiefs - D. Bontopius and D. Amplicoma; They give The Mist a tribute if it’s dealt more damage than it can tolerate, where 1 Conversation Point = 1 HP.
  • Has undead swarms on it’s command.
  • Directly controls armies of M. Yuyimus brought back from extinction, can submit a tribute like a fief.
  • Develops a mutations once per two rounds.
  • Commands one action every round.

Mistworm MA: Study Deus
Undead MA: Hunt F. Spiritusvivi (mutation)

MMs/MAs have 1/3 chance to fail for the undead and 1/4 for all other Mistdom members, except for the mistworm

Mutation: Sharp Teeth

The mistworm has developed strange tumors around it’s mouth, which soon erupted into many rows of sharp teeth inside it’s mouth. These may be useful when tearing up Paucipoda individuals, but it seems like that they are meant to be used against a larger foe - most likely Deus, on which the worm has been spying whilist the undead swarms have released strange gas into population centers of the archmage, causing F. Spiritusvivi to lose 1 mutation at [ROUND 34].

Species

NPC - Sapiepoda TeaKinges, “The Crawler” - OP

  • Medium Omnivore

Mutations: Get P. Narrenists to join The Covenant, Anti-Mist Armour (+1 Strenght, Mistdom members deal 2 less population damage)
DM: Speed (+1 B Speed)

S. TeaKinges has been seen strange things with P. Narrenists, as if trying to communicate with it

(Rolled 5/6)
It seems like whatever the crawlers were doing suceeded, as the Darrens are now a new member of the Covenant! Besides that, this species also enchanted some of it’s clothes, making them armour-like, especially for members of the Mistdom

Deus entity has commanded this species to become faster, making the individuals train for speed

M. Cat-Bestiae has again shifted it’s social structure, now being a hive-mind, with one collective individuality. Besides that, the species developed special camouflage which may make mass attacks on this species miss it completely!

MM: Quicker Muscles (+1 W Speed)
MA: Attack P. Narrenists

D. Bontopius’s blood vessel are now better than before, making this creature stronger than before. It also developed primitive wings!

The Mistworm made this species faster on ground, so that it can evade the cursors. It also ordered it to attack the new covenant member, P. Narrenists

(Rolled 2/6)
Tricked by the freshly-adapted camouflage of that species, the swarm wasn’t able to find the foes it wanted to kill so badly

Deus entity has reacted after the Mistworm’s attack, commanding the construction of cyberspacial anti-mistworm walls around the forum, designed to stop it’s commands to members of the Mistdom, albeit the commands meant for this month seem to have been already sent. Deus also copied the mistworm, gaining the ability to modify the various species under it’s command

  • Small Mist-Aligned Herbivore + Parasite

Mutations: False Allies (+1 Strenght), Better Lungs (+1 B Speed)
MM: Tendril Sight (+1 Stealth)
MA: Search for weak spots on Deus

C. Venenatorum dead souls can now make a neutral or hostile species be able to act like it’s a member of the mistdom, which while not being useful for the mistworm has found use in the venomous wall crab species. Besides that, the base species has developed better lungs, making it faster.
The Mistworm made the loyal tendrils able to see the cyberspacial world better than before, conveying that information to both itself and the crab ally.
The Mistworm commanded these tendrils to spy for a weak spot on Deus.

The Mistworm - Multipoda Yuyimus, “Centipede” - ID-

  • Medium Mist-Controlled Omnivore

Mutations: Faster (+1 Speed), More Offspring (EE), Darkness (+1 Stealth)
MA: Regenerate Population (+1 Population)

M. It also has attained a new, highly cyberspacial in nature ability: It can make air around it dark, which scares off any predators seeking to enter the shelters.

@fralegend015 May I ask, how does Deus look like?

Mutations:

  1. Gather the individuals with the most brain power and secure them in underground shelters where they can devoted all their energy to thinking for the hive mind
  2. Faster movement speed
  3. Claws that are stronger at attacking the mistworm

Mutation 1: improvements to the parts of the brain/soul that deal with hydrokinesis allow living and dead members of the species* Cancrorum Venenatorum* to perform biokinesis by moving the water inside the cells

Mutation 2: report deus’ weaknesses to deus’ logic centers via dead Cancrorum Venenatorum individuals who don’t have a connection to the mist so the mistworm doesn’t figure out I told deus. (Honestly kinda surprising it hasn’t yet.

Mutation 3: a gland requiring a cyber-soul that ‘digests’ very small amounts of the mist into a fluid that can be used to take or grant mutations. Dead C. Venenatorum souls have a similar gland modified to repell fluids from its ‘flesh’. By default, using a mutation to attack something takes (fraction decided by aah) of a mutation from the thing I’m attacking due to the thing getting injected with the mutation stealing venom, and I have to use a whole mutation to grant a mutation to another species(therefore using this on myself is pointless)

As in being able to see through the illusions they make to make things think something is allied with the mist? Or being immune to being cloaked from the mist? The intention was that the souls that have living hosts not allied with the most would cloak their hosts in energy made by the mistworm so the mistworm would leave said hosts alone with the image of the host being a member of its cult.

Sorry, I misunderstood what it meant. I’ll change the mutation

Mutation 1: Improved anti-mist defenses

Mutation 2: Deus will study the cyberspace, especially pertaining to the forum’s accounts.

Covenant mutations of Sapiepoda TeaKinges and Paucipoda Narrenists will be to passively emit an anti-mist field around themselves.

Covenant mutations of the others will be to have more efficent soul circuitry, making them smarter.

It looks like giants nodes spread among different threads that are connected by tendrils from which other tendrils branch off.

You can submit 3 mutations.

To do that you’d need to able to create an email account, which Deus is not capable of doing as they’re locked to the forum.

What if he is his own email account?

The forum needs a valid email, so you’d need to somehow get Internet access from inside the forum to have an email for deus.

As willow said, it needs a valid email to work. It will not recognize Deus as one.

I changed the mutation.

Can an organism that can open the server code eat the code that makes a page/account exist? What about being able to go into drafts with user intervention? Could users keep the creatures as pets like that while letting the eat whatever they want? More importantly, if a draft with creatures living in it gets posted, do the creatures become immutable by users who can’t edit the posts? Oh, and, if a species like frale’s were to find a dead account, could that species revive the account (maybe even some old devices) to post with it?

A creature cannot access the code, if they could the forum would go down very quickly.

To do that they’d need to be logged on as that account which has the draft. I allow PM infestation but going into Drafts won’t pass.

They’d need to know the password.

I have changed my second vote

What is a “didiesone”?

Also, why you listed your mutations as 12th and 13th?
