technically, since all real black holes spin, any real black hole would have a very thin (relative to the black hole) channel through it, that makes time and distance through the primary spatial dimension very similar, due to the speeds you’d get to by going through it(gravitational slingshot through a supermassive black hole, anyone?), but it’d be like threading a needle where if you hit the walls, you get deleted at worst, and stranded in a new universe you got into by coming out of a white hole at best
but also black holes do distribute information across their surfaces very quickly, and store it for as long as the light can stay existing, and light can get down to arbitrarily low levels of energy, but can only get up to a certain amount of energy before spontaneously gaining mass

i don’t think we’ve discovered the lower limit, if there even is one
but lowering the energy either lowers both the intensity and the wavelength, or just the intensity

helium, oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon are all produced in the cores of stars though, fluorine can only be produced, during supernovae, not just released. if it gets produced inside a live star, it immediately becomes another element. generally oxygen or neon, specifically

it’s a refrigerant that has an absurdly high enthalpy of vaporization for its boiling point, which lets you make really strong heat pumps(smth with 10x the Hv of R-134A would let you get a heat pump that uses an adiabatic compressor a COP of up to 50)

it’d also require i have the quantum communication thingy to be able to communicate across the universes in more than one direction

what about if it’s at scales small enough to not affect any planets?

i won’t turn anyone who doesn’t try to exterminate me into unplayable abominations
and even with them, they’ll still be playable, they just won’t be able to access
well
anything that requires object manipulation or sapience

i will be nice enough to make them be/have access to space whales if it happens, but the point of doing it is that they try to make me unable to play, so i retaliate in kind
and if i’m feeling generous and have the tech points to use it, i might give them a modular colonial species
if i don’t have the tech points tho,
