I ment dimecoel wavering

Then why did you write “genetic” here?
Also weaving is a passive ability.

Habit

By passive I mean it doesn’t need a separate action just for it to work.

That’s not how DW works like.

BATTLE 2 - TURN 3

Somnium has focused this time on making sure the speed decreasement coming from the snowy landscape doesn’t affect the velocity of the terran fighters all that much. The efforts here ended up very promising, as now the fighters could travel as if they weren’t in windy snowy mountains.
Waterzooi traveled a bit closer towards the room it could see is connected to their place on the map, which was faster thanks to Somnium’s efforts. Also, to test something out, this fighter tried hitting it’s Loki swarm, but that failed - for the bees evade their host’s attacks…
Enkefaros meanwhile continued into the room close to itself, and with Somnium’s speed increasement this turned out to have taken the tentacly fighter far into the room. It also finally saw some enemies around itself - they appeared to be made of two belgium-blobs, one at the front and one at the back. The front one was seen to be equipped with a pilus, and the back one possessed a flagellum. All foes seen so far are like this. With the large speed of Enkefaros, none managed to intercept it yet, but it’s clear that they now have this fighter surrounded and are rapidly heading towards it. The strange structure north of Enkefaros also seems tempting to study…
Loki meanwhile focused on expanding the primitive hive into the mountain, making it gain considerable security in the tunnel dug by the bees…

  1. move f0rward deeper
  2. use ge on one of the blob for make it allys

I am not sure you will be close enough to use GM on a foe…

Act 1: attack the blobs

Act 2: try to attack the point in which the bloba connect in order to separate them.

You are using the distance strength or the normal strength for these actions?

A1: expand the hive
A2: dig tunnels through the snow to the other side of the ravine thingy, and line them with wax

Not sure the snow is thick enough to support these tunnels if something steps over them…

the tunnels are supposed to be at the bottom of the snow, and the wax is both for structure and to keep the cold from getting in fast enough to put the bees into torpor if they take too long in the tunnel without actively producing heat, and if a tunnel does get crushed it can be rebuilt

I see now. I suppose it will lead to a new hive post?

Action 1: continue optimizing fighter’s movements

Action 2: improve the fighter’s perception of their surroundings, not in a constant way like previous attempts, but in a focused moment or “pulse” of hyperawareness, ensuring that if anything of note is nearby it will be percieved

BATTLE 2 - TURN 4

Somnium would continue helping the fighters with overcoming the difficulty of moving in the snow, allowing them to move just a bit faster in this mountainous landscape. This strange fighter would also modify the way perception works in it’s fellow allies, allowing them to briefly perceive stuff very sharply, which can be of much use.
Waterzooi would head deeper into the valley, trying to find a foe to convert into an ally. However, the connected belgium-blobs have already chosen to chase after Enkefaros instead, leaving all of them too far away from the hairy humanoid for it to use the genetic manipulation ability.
Enkefaros meanwhile found itself surrounded by a group of 4 enemies, with their sharp piluses pointing towards the tentacly fighter. Using the rather powerful distance strength of it’s, Enkefaros would attack the one the closest to it…
(1/6)
The attack completely missed, and instead the foe attacked!
(3/6) - Attack Roll
(2/6) - Hyperawareness dodging roll
Unfortunately Enkefaros would lose some 10 HP from this hit, however now the Loki Swarm tied to it hit the belgium-blobs back!
(3/6)
The stings just barely managed to venomate the duo of foes enough for them to die. However, two more enemies remain a danger, as a third one seemingly got distracted by Waterzooi arriving there. Now, Enkefaros has chosen to execute a more novel strategy - by attacking the connecting point of the foes, they could be separated, with this potentially being damaging enough on itself to kill them. Let’s give the idea a try…
(2/6)
While the desired area of the belgium-blobs was not hit, the damage from the greatly upgraded distance strength still manged to kill the foes even after it hit a rather undesirable place on them. Now, the third enemy was to be sent to afterlife…
(4/6)
This time around the two belgium-blobs making up the larger “belgium-organism” got separated, and while for a moment it looked like they would come for Enkefaros even after getting separated, soon enough they visibly weakened, before collapsing and dying.
Loki meanwhile would expand the hive into the recently created cavity in side of the large mountain and then from the bottom of the hive a tunnel would be created, reaching the other end of the valley, coated with a bit of wax to make a comfortable environment for the bees.
