Played a lot of minecraft the last two weekends, a bit too much to honestly. I got weirdly excited about the prospects of new content for that game, specifically I felt a small yearning for new dimensions. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that the next update would focus on the neather and damn it looks pretty interesting.

they added a ton of other new stuff, like the new ancient debris ore and netherite items. you should check out the snapshot.

I was actually kind of surprised they added a new armour, but the way you obtain it feels a little bit like those ore mods, probably because it was so overdone it’s a staple for new minerals.
