The best part is that this is raw, unedited audio. Honestly this was so horrifying at the time, considering that I live in a small, quiet town. I remember my thoughts going like โWTB!? Why is there suddenly SO MUCH emergency vehicles?! Is there a fire somewhere?! Was there a train collision!? A catastrophic car crash!? All of that randomly happening at once!? What is going on?! โ.
It turned out to be none of those things, but instead it was a โSantas Convoyโ, which seems to be some sort of a charity event in my Powiat. From the little reaserch I did, it seems that this was only the third edition of the event and possibly the first time they ever drove through my town.

No, I meant specifically glucose, as my cell had almost full iron but no glucose, and couldnโt engulf. I just tried testing it. I didnโt have a save from when I had the issue, but started a new save. I think it was probably that I didnโt have enough rusticyanin for full ATP when moving and engulfing at once. So, I could move, but engulf mode would instantly quit when I tried it.
This lines up with what Iโve experienced in my own testing of the game.
Balancing the speed and rotation is indescribably challenging and frustrating to me right now as I divert time and energy into understanding how it works now, and striking a balance with what is now much more complex than what we had previously.
Just working on movement speed alone tired me out so much that I found myself with no time to actually rebalance anything else. Even now I am tweaking and experimenting with it to make it feel more โrightโโฆ
My hopes is that Iโll resolve these issues and put out a balance pass in time for the hotfix thatโs soon to come, but my plate isnโt getting any lighter as of lateโฆ

Dare I ask what makes it so complicated now? Is it because of having to directly interact with the physics engine?
I decided it was preferable for the โexit out of engulf modeโ feature to work when running out of ATP. That feature was added in the first place because new players sometimes left engulf mode on until they died from running out of ATP. So I prioritized that feature still working when converting over things and picking the order the different game systems should run in.

I read in development foruns about changing atp to be more like stamina, i like this idea.
That probably just means Github doesnโt add a license file. So that means it is all rights reserved AKA proprietary. You need to explicitly write a public domain disclaimer. But I donโt recommend that as apparently some countries donโt recognize that so you are screwing over everyone in those countries. Thatโs why public domain code is usually dual licensed: with a very permission license and a public domain dedication. Or thereโs also I think a public domain equivalent license text you can use.
The paid twitter API. Itโs no longer possible to embed twitter posts (without paying ridiculous amounts of money). I guess weโll see how long until another social network takes over that allows embedding their content.
