THE NEW Miscellaneous Talk That Doesn't Deserve A New Thread Thread Thread (Part 2)

Things always get better, man.

Get more sunlight, more exercise, eat healthier, go to church. I’m assuming since you’re on the internet you don’t do very much of the first three at least.

The problem here is that they need better mental health, not physical health.

Mental health is very much downstream from physical health. If you constantly feel sick from eating hyper processed food loaded with hormones and hormone disrupters and you get out of breath from walking to the fridge then your mental state probably won’t be the best.

Seriously, if you feel down in the dumps and you haven’t recently lost a loved one or anything then it’s almost definitely a result of some deficiency in your health.

How long has BJS been in this “declined mental health” state?

A: Hormones and hormone disrupting in food, while being a thing, are often very exaggerated, don’t panic without checking to be sure you want to be worried about that. Phytoestrogens do not get treated as signals for your body to do anything, you body treats them like what they are, random plant chemicals (apologies for choosing a cartoonishly wrong example, if you want a kinder one, I forgot why I dislike the food items I’m against, and all my research, I’m sure you health people can give me one if its that important).
2: Actually even if you did just loose a loved one you should be focusing on your physical health because:
III: Yes, metal health won’t do well when you aren’t well physically, but that isn’t the only cause, the thing is though, bad mental health can cause bad physical health just the same as the other way around, and fixing either one helps the other. If you want to get fit, being depressed will slow you down, it doesn’t matter which one came first, fix whichever one it is within your grasp to fix, then get to the other from a better place.

Yep. So does people. If possible see people you like, preferably irl, really helps. When I go from a situation where I don’t really have anyone, to one where I’m hanging out with people, even if I’m not emotionally vulnerable with them or anything, it really helps.

I didn’t mean that eating a single dorito chip will make your hands fall off, but obviously eating hyper-processed foods every day will wreak havoc on your various hormones.

honestly, I’d avoid doritos, just personally. I’ll never trust a triangle. plus I like having hands. (but ye, don’t eat all junk food, I recently had a crunch week or so where I was drinking a lot of energy drinks and eating some more fast food than normal and it wasn’t pleasant, still not feeling 100%)

Yes, however a hexagon is superior to a triangle.

It was like typing random keys on a mobile key board with the word home and is thrown in some times I think

That’s exactly what triangles want you to think!

It’s been 2 years since I’ve been in this state and it is the result of an emotional trauma.
