THE NEW Miscellaneous Talk That Doesn't Deserve A New Thread Thread Thread (Part 2)

Who is “Mutahar”? Someone who would investigate this?

Mutahar is a content creator and has a channel named “SomeOrdinaryGamers”. He usually talks about certain news, hacking, Linux gaming, computer stuff and sometimes lost media such as the original picture used for “Jeff the Killer”. He could very well investigate this with his community.

I didn’t read any of the actual information, but an article passing peer review and being published doesn’t mean that it is true. It just means that the authors didn’t make any obvious science process mistakes in doing the research. More research is needed to confirm the result, and of course opposite research is also needed to try to disprove the results. For example in psychology a lot of published and accepted results cannot be replicated. That’s a pretty huge issue.

Here’s a Wikipedia summary about the problem:

I know it’s a bit funny to post a Wikipedia source in this case, but I read the summary of that page and it matches what I’ve heard before.

Yasuke is mentioned in historical texts of both japanese and external origin, the idea that “Thomas Lockley” invented him is the true misinformation.

If he is mentioned in those texts then why did that edit war go on for so long? Were they hidden somewhere until recently?

No one wants to go did through primary sources, they want either a single well made scientific paper or a pop science book that cites either papers or primary sources. Look at other Wikipedia pages, they all cites books, and secondary sources. There’s another answer though, that might help more, or a lot less. Racism. Japanese history in the west is a racist mess. Additionally people just love pretending racial diversity didn’t exist until they were old enough to see it, and everyone lived happily in an ethnostate until the 1800s or something.

this is hilarious, i gotta see what it looks like after you’ve done an attempt

Long ago, the four-nations of Thrive - Meta, future, FG and Science Lived in harmony with each other,
Until the GF nation began to attack.

Only the Aahvatar, who controls all 4 elements, was able to appear in every area of the forum and create balance. But the world needed him most, he disappeared.

For years, the FG would appear and fade in the same way, causing a forum imbalance between the creditors and a key figure who would unite everyone and this is closer than ever to victory.

The forum is in ruins and spam without the presence of the Aahvatar and everyone hopes that there will be someone who will restore balance to the forum.

Only the Aahvatre and restore balance to the forum.

Aah31415, the last Aahvatre
