Is the “2340” supposed to be some sort of “jumping score” those snowboarders can attain?

2340 refers to the number of rotations done in the trick, which, as specified in the article, is six-and-a-half times. The greater the rotations, the greater the score one is given, but score is not directly related to the rotation number of a trick.

There was a trend, played out over a dozen or more thrive users (including me).

They post a lot, reaching the spacefaring rank extremely fast, but then they stop, abruptly, never to post again…

Including myself!

But why is this happening? Why do users suddenly hit spacefaring and then stop posting and ghost the forums?
