Yeah, I’ve been wanting to compile a list of several words that I think should be removed from the belgiumlist (and present it to hh), this being one of them.

How many words on that list as of currently?

I don’t exactly remember, but probably around five or six, maybe more.

How many more do you need on it before you submit it to Hhyyrylainen?

I don’t have a set number. The main reason why I haven’t done it yet is my poorly managed ADHD (which was basically completely unmanaged back when I first came up with this idea (many months ago, possibly even late 2024)).

Would 10 be enough for the list submission?

Even three would be enough. My main problem was that I would try to do it, then get distracted, side tracked by other things, have to focus on schoolwork, forget about it, remember about it while doing something completely unrelated, forget about it again, and so on… Tbh I should probably start doing it now (for like, the nth time I tried xd) before I loose the motivation again.

Or make a list of the words somewhere you interact with frequently…

I think I’ll add this task to my “task notebook” (a tool that’s a very recent addition to my life and helps me a lot to be productive throughout the day).

Please include “Wood-y” on your list. It makes defining biomes more irritating, because of the number defined by whether they are dominated by herbaceous or wood-y plants.

Doesn’t it still require some sort of consensus to be reached for a pr to pass?

Sometimes. But in this case it would just require approval from a single code maintainer (which I assume would be me anyway, but I would not need to make the code change myself).
