Itโs from Futurama Season 4. I think the episode is called 'Obsoletely Fabulous. I used to have it on DVD. It was one of my favourites. This AI feature still doesnโt look very optimal; it needs more work. What I would prefer doing is programming a lot of responses for one NPC by predicting as many responses from the player as possible and add more character to that NPC. It would require more work, but in the long run, it requires less performance. It kind of reminds me about classic shadering versus raytracing. Raytracing needs less programming yet requires a lot of performance while classic shadering requires less performance but needs more programming.

The narrator has become a character himself, otherwise he wouldnโt have โNarrator:โ before his lines. Plus, someone is still narrating, otherwise it would play out like a conversation.
