In general, drinking too much water can be very painful and very deadly, so Iād advise against that. On the other hand, avoidance of this very process[1] can give a similar, albeit somewhat different, result, so finding balance is important. There are a number of ways to control water intake, but Iāll leave researching them up to anyone reading this text.
