i can answer the second
you can for free, i did that
To answer your question
I think declaring yourself a civ is an action
you dont gain poulation passively as a civilization. atleast, that isnt what happened to me.
yeah. that is what i did (except with three villages)
Why do I have only 1 village?
Speaking of civilizations I’m already about to become one
Let’s hope my next two rolls will be positive
That’s a typo. Also, becoming a civ is free. You just have to declare it along with your actions.
Also, please summarize your current status. I want to know:
- How much population do you have?
- How organized is your civ/village politically speaking (state, province, unitary, federal, etc.)?
- How many villages do you have? What are they called and if possible, where are they located? Which one is the capital?
- Are you nomad or sedentary?
- Are you a civ or a village?
