Since it’s the only bonus you have and it comes with a malus, it gives +4 to combat rolls.

When this first was created i did not think it would have survived long but now its probably one of the best games on the forum
You asked what the warmonger bonus was, not all your combat bonuses.
With combat and warmonger bonuses, you get +16 to combat rolls right off the bat.

- 6 Kada Elite Guard
125 researchers
@Mr.Pigeon if you split your tasks they can’t be global as well, so your five actions will not be global. Is that OK?

The game became important due to the large player base and awesome mechanics. There was so much conflict between the players that there needed to be a council, so that’s why it’s an important forums game 
Also, @OmnipotentFNarr, can I create jobs but only for one village?
I do agree the conflict really made this important especially from zenzone chaos
