The Thrive Odyssey

no it is entirely different.

Interesting to hear.

Iโ€™m excited to see where this is going in the next few turns. Either all civilizations except for the banana boys get utterly destroyed or zenzoneโ€™s civilization will crumble to the ground.

Donโ€™t! Besides, the soup probably isnโ€™t a cure anyway. It probably only made your man comfortable for a while. You shouldnโ€™t give the plague to a madman! Even if he threatens you!

Ok thenโ€ฆ Iโ€™ll try to watch the potentially infected person if my research doesnโ€™t work

NO! no no no no no no nonononononononnononononnononononono.
give me the infected guy and iโ€™ll give my boats and my catapults, and my improved architecture.
please @MechanicalPumpkin please give the crazy guy the black death.

@Pentaphon and @blackjacksike please vote.
p.s @Pentaphon you might want to consider surrendering your bronze.

i have bronze bruh, i can send it to u once i meeet u, or pumpkin can transport it from me to u

do you have any way to get one of your people infected with a possibly all-life-on-earth threatening disease then that would be helpful.

i wont, im a nation that loves its people, i wonnt go out of my way to infect them at all

I am pretty sure I have steel. Already iron.

you have copper. (post filler)

I have improved my forge many times

you still have to research the metal but i think you can get iron now
you are still using bone and flint tools

I have improved my weapons once so it is copper

I am talking about your tools not your weapons
Your weapons are copper but not your tools

30 of my new population are humans, while the remaining 9 are neanderthals. 20 humans become farmers and 10 become fishermen. 5 neanderthals become soldiers, while 4 become goatherds.

The people of Xirimiri dig defensive pits of their own. 20 of the fishermen of Laestrygon develop a community center. 26 traders and a healer give sailing to the Kugellanders in exchange for shields. All the humans work on developing cartography, and the remaining farmers work with the goatherds to improve the road system. If I can found a new village, Iโ€™ll make one in the eastern Mediterranean for easier trade, which will be settled by everyone not already spoken for.

Reminder that Bananarama has math, but no catapults yet. Ack, youโ€™re right @Evolution4Weak.

Edit: Changed my mind about what the fishers should do.

they do have catapults because they got a 20

  • 36 Philosophers
  • 36 Engineers
  • 28 Soldiers
  • 14 Knights

My actions

  • All Philosophers must develop the germ theory of disease.
  • All Engineers are to research on the fabrication of textiles (as a prerequisite to the early biosuit).
  • All Soldiers & Knights are to do the same thing as in the last turn.

See this post for the soldiersโ€™ action:

Isnโ€™t it a bit to early for that?

i feel like it should be valid since it just a idea but it cant be proved until we get microscopes
