Apparently, you had bought an expensive type of bacon and never noticed - lamb bacon. You pour some oil on a hot pan, and then put some lamb bacon strips to fry them. The aroma of fried lamb meat wafts throughout the house, as the sizzling of the lamb bacon reverberates in the kitchen. After several minutes, you eat your cooked lamb bacon strips directly from the pan, since you did not want to risk breaking your plate.

I attempt to improve my writing legibility by getting more practice using my upper “legs”. I carefully hold the pen, recalling my brief experience in using chopsticks. Although I was never good at using chopsticks, using a similar holding method, I was able to get better control on the pen. With all focus on my grip, but not too tightly, I slowly start to write again. Eventually, I being to write more legibly.

You continue running and head for the washroom. Recalling your previous experience with the door in your room, you briefly go on your hind legs to open the washroom door. However, you find the door being pushed open by your brother who was in the washroom. He says “Oi! What is going out there?”, and is then dumbfounded to see an Anteater try to open a door. You quickly go past your brother, surprising him as your dog comes barking and pushing him on the door, forcing the washroom door closed.

Horrified by the unintentional pandemonium and deaths you caused, you fly away. You hear the screams of your neighbors, who are terrified by your draconic appearance. You don’t dare to look back at them as you fly higher into the cloud cover. Your mind races as where you should go, until you remember a special spot in town. You head southwest towards the local park, which was always a serene place for you.

Even though the main dev was getting ready for the next Thrive Release Livestream, he was happy to answer your question. The friendly community dev notes that some of the most active members have not been seen for a few days, corroborating what other members of the forum have noticed. However, since it was nearly Summer time, hhyyrylainen says those members may have had trips planned and simply forgotten to say so on the forum.

Your parents don’t believe you at first, despite the fact that they saw a Crayfish using a writing tool. “Maybe aah31415 taught a Crayfish to write?”, your Mom says in a hushed voice, still confused. “But aah31415’s favorite organism is a Crayfish”, your Dad says slightly louder, also confused. But then they look at you, and you make the same beady eyes you always make to your parents, finally making the believe you are their son/daughter.

Roll for person to be filmed … 4 (Dragonking).
You decide to gather evidence of a member of the forum who is most likely transformed, and decide to go to Dragonking’s house. You heard rumors of a dragon-like beast on social media, which was seen in (random roll) Romania. Even though you live in (random roll) Russia, you find a great first class deal for flying to the location of the purported Dragon. After arriving the country, you ask locals about the rumor, who point you to the city of Brad in Hunedoara County of the Transylvania region. Once you get to Brad, you pass by the Dacian Draco in the town square before seeing the blocked off portion of the town. You film the resultant carnage and testimony of the people in the town, realizing Dragonking must be somewhere nearby.

While thinking about how to approach my father, I remember that I still have not fully cleaned up the bathroom. Carefully, I get plastic gloves on my upper “legs”, get cleaning wipes, and pick up the salvageable items. I attempt the best I can to wipe the salvageable items, and put them on the bathroom countertop to dry. After I pick up the toothpaste tube from the toilet and throw it away in the trash, I wash my upper “legs” when I hear the garage door open. My dad opens the door and has a chocolate cake in his hand for my birthday, which he puts on the nearest portion of the kitchen isle countertop. My dad reads the note I wrote as I am drying my upper limbs on my bathroom towel.

Of course, now being a Troodon, you are wondering if you can still draw on your computer with your three fingers. But what catches your eyes when you log onto the Thrive Community Forums are posts by domin2ktr about becoming his favorite organism in his Thrive profile, despite almost everyone dismissing the idea as a farce.

You first try to wave your claws at your parents, who are confused at what you are trying to convey. You then resort to using the marker again to try and write things, but find you don’t have enough space on the sticky note. They realize you are trying to communicate with them. “Find another piece of paper for aah31415!”, your Mother tells your Father. “Ok, but make sure aah31415 does not dry out!”, your Father says before you goes to look for more paper.

You attempt to speak “I am now an Anteater”, but only make Anteater snuffing sounds. You note, however, that the Anteater sounds you make fluctuate according to what you think you want to say. At least you know, or think you know, how to speak Greater Anteater. If only you could understand what it meant.

You descend from the clouds, seeing things from a Dragon’s eye point of view. You look back and still see the spot from where you left, a large hole where people used to live. Your former home. You then look foward and spot the local park slightly farther away. You quickly land in an area with a lot of trees, trying to not make too much sound. You hope these trees will give you some cover.
