So, the launcher does not, well, launch Thrive. When I click the “Play” button, the launcher window disappears (goes to the ‘bottom belt’*), after several secconds, the “application suddenly has stopped working” message appears. The launcher window itself gives me this very helpful message:
Looks like it crashes somewhere in the electron nodejs things. That’s the framework we use to make the launcher. I’m pretty sure we are pretty much up to date on that so I don’t think there’s much we can do there to fix this. I only have one m1 mac mini I can test with and that works just fine (using the latest OS).
