yeah, zenn’s hair also seems to have a possibly anomalous ability to stay covered whenever something could percieve it, and the one time i almost managed to see a sliver, a flashlight fell off the wall and shined directly into my eye, preventing me from being able to see what it looks like, so if he grows fur, i’m pretty sure that’ll carry over to it.
