Anyway back to this thread. If I recall the best planet to colonize would be Venus but the easiest with our technology would be Mars.

Dude, havent you heard?
We can’t colonise it because its too flat, and because a giant dome covers the flat Earth. How do you expect us to land on Earth with that dome in the way?

The Earth is actually a donut.
This can be proven by watching an episode of The Sampsons where Big Chungus takes a bite out of that delicious Krabby Patty.
