I wonder if it is possible for a Species to worship ancient fossils? People did mistake some fossils for dragon skeletons.

I suppose such fossils would need to be complete enough for their form to be properly recognizable…

Maybe? I think not required, but the player should either be encouraged or find it so advantageous to the point that it might as well be required.

And fossil religions sound so metal, it has to be added + it’s not unrealistic at all.

Music would probably be generalized If it was to be represented, but a religion around music isn’t that out there, and no reason for it to be limited to the modern era.

I meant rock music religion specifically since pretty sure that kind of music is rather recent

I meant rock music religion specifically since pretty sure that kind of music is rather recent

The Nordics have something like that, some churches read the bible as if it was lyrics for a rock concert (I’m not kidding that’s real) so not unlikely.

A religion based on music doesn’t sound that out there, so the only reason it would be unlikely to have a religion based on rock music is the fact that it would be a religion founded in the modern era, and the latest religion that was founded is 100~ years, so not much stopping a religion based on rock music to come to be.
