Race(s)
Lutra Canadensis Sapiens

Description:
This species seems to be a curious descendent of modern North American River otters. Unlike their ancestors, however, their hands are specially adapted to be able to pick up tools, and their brains are significantly larger than their ancestors. Other than this, however, they are near identical replicas of their fuzzy ancestors.

Advantages:
Aquatic explorers! (1): Love water, and are able to extract resources, extract resources, and descend to decent depths of oceans (~500 meters without specialized equipment).
Technological fascination (2): Are fascinated in technology and strive to further its development and production (Researcher bonuses, and tool, and raw material production increase).
Mental Strength/Willpower (2): Are More resistant to magic Effects/abilities/attacks, and sensory/mental impeding Effects/abilities/attacks

Disadvantages:
Smol (2): Tend to be easy targets of attackers, unless accompanied by a significantly larger individual…
High-Metabolism (3): Consume food quicker, due to high metabolism to deal with their chilly environments.
Un-Bravery (1): Dont like to fight as much as other species.

Mantodea Intellectus Sapiens

Description: Wait, what? They’re Back? How? Didn’t they go extinct after heading through [REDACTED: ERROR: MULTIVERSE NOT FOUND]? Hmmm…

Anyway…

Mantodae Intellectus Sapiens look much like a normal preying mantis…

This seems familiar…
And…They are EXTREMELY intelligent, and can grow up to 25 feet in height, and also have been recorded to grow up to 11.5 Meters if supplied with enough nutrition. As well as having scythe appendages, They also have sapient, hand-like appendages.

Advantages:

Combat Ready Body (3): They have a tough outer layer of exoskeleton, and large Appendages with scythes on the end.
Extreme Intelligents (2): Due to their large amount of intelligents, they are better at war strategies, researching, ect.

Disadvantages:

Tech Supremacists (3): They will not tolerate much magic in their civ, as they think tech is superior.

Longer healing time (2): Dont recover from wounds as fast as other species.

I think u stick to much on the negative points in the mantis soo u sued to move the point there to be 3:2 (points) insdead of 5:1.

Soo we finalt find a name for the galaxy… congrat!

By the way, sector are collective of stars in one galaxy, that mean that if some one in the same sector as u, thay will be closer then in other sectors

That also use qs bonuses (secret) and for the galactic map

oh i thought the sectors were superclusters

i didnt mean to name the entire galaxy…i thought everyone started in their own XD
also, i changed the mantis disadvantage points.

Do u think thst i going to give u the hold galaxy?!

U too young race to do that

well, not that we’d have CONTROL of the galaxy, just that everyone started in a different one, and they’d gradually gain control over their own until they unlock intergalactic travel.
also i find it interesting that instead of starting as a level 0 civ, we’re starting as level 0.7(something)

I’d be MORE then happy to start at level 0, however. But i also like the idea of being ~0.8 level civ.

I did say that everyone start in 0.8-0.9 level, thst mean that u close to interstellar travel, but no intergalactic scale travel

I just have one question:

What is the reasoning behind everyone starting at 0.8-ish level, instead of level 0?

just curious

Man, I just hope that architect monument sent some technology that gives me enough knowledge to raise to 0.8 or else I’m going to start at 0.1-0.2

Becuse i say that.

Jk, the real reaone its becuse i think we have abit to much fantasy and we start alway from 0, so i was thinking why not start in the end win qnd move from here?

Me, about to do what i always do and only use tech:

Also, note on architect relic worlds and space monuments:

Relic worlds seem to have been cleared of most advanced technology, but you can rarely find a technological artifact (sometimes those artifacts are hostile, so be carefull).

Space monuments are the ones that have the most tech in them, but they also have extremely advanced technological defense and offense mechanisms, and it has also been recorded that space monuments might self-destruct if they are not capable of defending themselves anymore, EMP has been tried in order to disable these defense mechanism… But it seems that there is a death switch that self-destructs the monument if it’s defensive mechanisms suddenly stop working.
