I just started checking the new posts here, and what is happening? Why is Nigel in space? And why has the world been purged with fire?
It’s related to a play test we did, doesn’t really affect the game at this time
What happened in the play test isn’t going to affect the game to a significant degree, there will at most be some references to it but nothing major.

yeah, but the individuals? they will be against anything that can’t completely cancel magic and dispel it in solid form. against those things they’ll just be krakens and not combat gods. though there are definitely a few weaknesses that can be exploited to make them less hard to fight other than the magic dependency, but you’d need to actually find them in game by testing hypotheses on my species
