Thanks for the game doomligntning, It was a really fun and interesting experience, I can’t wait for the next cycle of the game. 
My rule for the next incarnation is: Magic is free for all to use, instead of a type of magic being tied to one tribe, all tribes can learn to use magic of any kind without any consequence when it comes to decreasing time to the end.

Does that mean that any player can discover the magic, or does it mean that once someone has discovered a magic all the others can use it?
It means that any player can discover and use magic. Earlier in the game, the goblins gained access to elemental magic in the form of shadow magic. And I later used a wish to give my dragon people permanent access to elemental magic but one of the rules of the game were “four magical forces for four of the tribes.” and as a result my wish sped up the end a little bit because it broke the rules. The rule I made overturns this old rule.
