As to your race chart, you can only have a 2 advantages and must have a disadvantage if you have an advantage. Capabilities is not a seperate section, it just is the section that contains both advantages and disadvantages

mana gathering is a realm, like a classification of power, not an advantage, its the description and use of xanxia cultivation- normally found in waxia, or xanxia, novels

to clairify, every major realm is like mana gathering, foundation establishment, and core formation, of course my species has not progressed that far yet.
there are more than three realms though, the buffs also compound
again: capbility is just a title

u need to have 2 Advantage and 1 desadvantage

both are growth types, so I need to put something in to get something out kinda thing.
u need to change all the adv to somethig else.
rune and invented, not are race info
unless ur are a rune golem or something
and we dont have moral in the game
like how I need to research a rune to get +1% stats, and how I need to use a vote to cultivate my species to Mana gathering I, and so on.

Also you missed dooms other point, unless you are like a runic golem your abilities can’t revolve around runes
