I cant seem to find the requirements for being a regular. I vaguely remember it required things like posts in different threads but i dont know exactly what it is.

yeah there 2 different searches one searches the whole forum and only show the first result of each thread and a thread-wide search which will show every result in that thread, the first result in this thread is this one:

Hey @hhyyrylainen, what was that plugin that Thrive in Godot uses to make sure that C# naming conventions are respected? I might try to install it in VS2022 to get used to it.

I think they use a custom ruby script to run formatting checks using jetbrain resharper

According to this it installed with dotnet sdk

It's not installed with dotnet so dotnet is basically a required tool for working on Thrive now... sadly the dupFinder tool is no longer supported, I opened an issue about finding a replacement (#2953) Also finally updated the babel-thrive version CI uses properly **Progress Checklist** Note: before starting this checklist the PR should be marked as non-draft. - [x] PR author has checked that this PR works as intended and doesn't break existing features: https://wiki.revolutionarygamesstudio.com/wiki/Testing_Checklist (this is important as to not waste the time of Thrive team members reviewing this PR) - [ ] Initial code review passed (this and further items should not be checked by the PR author) - [ ] Functionality is confirmed working by another person (see above checklist link) - [ ] Final code review is passed and code conforms to the [styleguide](https://github.com/Revolutionary-Games/Thrive/blob/master/doc/style_guide.md). Yeah we use resharper command line tools, like was mentioned already, but we also use a checkers that are part of the build process. They are defined in the build props file:

Despite the TU being dead as far as I can tell, I may add a new submssion to it when I get the chance. I’ve been deleting my old submissions, usually because they aren’t any good. And because I’ve used some of them for my own projects.

I’ll have to think about it more. If the TU gains traction again, I’ll definitely get involved.
