THE NEW Miscellaneous Talk That Doesn't Deserve A New Thread Thread Thread (Part 1)

Also, how does the Microbe, Multicellular, Sentient, Tribal, etc. ranking work?

How many posts for each rank?

You mean the badges?

That system is different from the other ranking system. The microbe one is like from the old-ish forum, which changes purely on the amount of posts you’ve made, and the other one is a function from Discourse, which is based on things like likes received, likes given, posts replied, etc.

How in the… you somehow managed to turn your older comment into a reply to my post, even though my post came later.

(But yeah, the other system does work with badges, and the exact amounts of posts are not told on purpose, though you could probably just check how many posts people with which level have)

I think I’ve posted the limits for the ranks twice. I guess i’ll post them once again in: Thrive Ranking (Microbial to Ascended)

Also, I deleted the pointless v2 talk thread.

The post limit is 10000 per thread. So get posting.

Good to know that there is a maximum of 10’000 posts. I’ll try to remember.

We are only like 20% away from that max, we should be good until 2030

http://thrivegame.wikidot.com/how-to-help has some links.

EDIT : 666! Satan confirmed!

What about Central America? Or does that count in South America?

Central America and the Caribbean are in North America according to Wikipedia

Huh, I’ve been taught to include it in SA. I guess it differs from country to country.

No it’s only based on wikipedia

I would include it in SA too, but Wikipedia includes it in NA instead, so… It’s more official as I see it.

Does anyone recognize this?

Slight gore. trypophobes stay away if you know whats good for you.

Bumps appearing on skin that look like mosquito bites, but begin to look like large pimples within a few days. These bumps are filled with pus and burst easily without you (me) knowing even sometimes. They appear to travel across my skin through my actual skin or possibly blood, due to them appearing exclusively on my left leg and progressing up to my hip. The bumps, like i said are filled with pus, and a lot of it. Instead of squeezing it like a normal pimple or zit, what ive found is most effective is pressing down hard on the area around the hole. Only once there is no pus left will it heal it seems. Not to mention they are extremely painful when they are in the “mosquito bite stage”.

In case you didn’t catch it, I have whatever this is. I don’t think it’s a parasite mostly because i don’t want it to be. Its probably an infection of some sort. Ive had it for about 2 weeks now and its really not showing any sign of stopping. I currently have 5… spots? I would think that they were just ingrown hairs but the fact that they have only appeared on my left leg makes me suspicious. Anyway if another spot shows up im just going to a doctor, I just wanted to know if anyone possibly knew what these are.

Anyway if you dont know what it is but still have advice or think you might know what it is id be glad to hear it.

Yeah LPT: don’t ask for rando’s online for help with something like that, get a doctor to check you out.

What ever this is, it doesn’t sound normal. I would highly recommend you see a specialist because its better to find out sooner rather than later.
