@OmnipotentFNarr, why did i only get +1 for my actions? i thought i have more than 6 people doing the actions.
Your total population was 245, and you only had one group of 25 doing the action. The threshold scales with population.
you put phoeniciaโs population up at 344, when it should be 179
same with laestrygonia, you gave them 548, when it should be 283
Oh I just forgot to update the village populations.
I actually have a spreadsheet with Pentaphon to determine Laestrygoniaโs population division, so I donโt update it until the spreadsheet is updated.

So a question i have, how does population growth work and how do i increase my population?
you can increase your population by: Literally just โimprove populationโ, mproving quality of life, make your food better.
You can research better food, make better homes, research better technology, or trade with other countries. Itโs a pretty simple process.
I have some questions.
- Do I get a population bonus every turn provided that I reached the civilization stage and that Iโm not being attacked? Or is it really like OoferDoofer explained (getting population whenever you have a positive action)?
- Is declaring to become a civilization an action? Can I do something else while declaring?

I think declaring yourself a civ is an action
you dont gain poulation passively as a civilization. atleast, that isnt what happened to me.
So if I have two villages, I can use one action for declaring myself as a civ and the other for something else?
yeah. that is what i did (except with three villages)

Thatโs a typo. Also, becoming a civ is free. You just have to declare it along with your actions.
